- ASTAHAL HADIYA GIFTS L.L.C يُشار إلى "المتجر" أو "نحن" أو "خاصتنا" بـ أستاهل هدية للهدايا -

:استخدام الموقع
. يُسمح باستخدام الموقع لأغراض مشروعة فقط
. لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة بيع أي محتوى أو صور من الموقع دون إذن خطي مسبق
. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل أو تحديث الموقع أو الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق
:الطلبات والدفع
. يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح
. نقبل طرق الدفع الموضحة في صفحة الدفع بالموقع
. نحتفظ بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حال وجود خطأ في التسعير أو نفاد المخزون
:الشحن والتسليم
. يتم شحن الطلبات داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة خلال الفترة المحددة في صفحة الشحن
. قد تختلف مدة التوصيل بحسب المدينة أو شركة الشحن
. المتجر غير مسؤول عن أي تأخير ناتج عن شركة التوصيل بعد شحن الطلب
:الإرجاع والاستبدال
. لا نقبل الإرجاع إلا في حالة وجود خطأ في المنتج أو تلف أثناء الشحن
. يجب التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من استلام الطلب مع تقديم صور توضح المشكلة
. يتم الاستبدال أو التعويض بعد مراجعة الحالة والتأكد من صحة الطلب
:الملكية الفكرية
جميع التصاميم، النصوص، الصور، والشعارات الموجودة في الموقع هي ملكية خاصة بـ أستاهل هدية للهدايا ويحظر استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.
:الخصوصية
نلتزم بحماية خصوصية عملائنا وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. لن نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة خارجية إلا في حدود ما تقتضيه عملية الشحن والدفع.
:القانون المعمول به
